All children/young people are encouraged to have a medical and dental check soon after their arrival. In the spirit of working in partnership, if any treatment or further appointments are necessary then staff will discuss this with the parents/guardian and Social Workers. In the case of emergency treatment all relevant people will be informed as soon as possible.
