Staffing

Child First seeks to employ a staff group that reflects the diversity of the client group. We actively encourage suitable candidates from minority groups to apply to ensure a balanced team. Staff are subjected to a thorough and robust vetting system. The successful candidates then under take a process of shadowing and induction to ensure that they are prepared to deliver the high standard of care we demand. Staff are supported to continue their development,through the guidance of our Operations Manager,using both internal and external training and local training consortiums.
