Residential Social Worker
Salary: £16,000-£20,000 plus Sleep-In allowance
This is a demanding role helping to care and set boundries for children who exhibit behaviour that can be aggressive and defiant. We support children that have a variety of difficulties. They may be involved in drugs, alcohol misuse and involved in the legal system. The post requires evening and weekend work. In addition the post holder will be expected to undertake 'Sleep-Ins', which are currently paid at £48.15 per night. We require applicants that are committed, resilient and have the abilty to develop a positive relationship with young people.
